As part of the cooperation framework, AFRICOM Technologies will take the lead in conducting feasibility studies within the Ethiopian IT marketplace and may provide essential local technical assistance for relevant projects. Meanwhile, SWEXAI may co-finance selected initiatives and contribute the necessary technical support to ensure successful implementation. This Memorandum of Understanding sets the foundation for a strong and mutually beneficial partnership—one that aims to drive innovation, unlock market potential, and support the growth of the IT sector in Ethiopia, Sweden, and beyond.
